Refund policy

Due to the handmade-to-order and customization of our products, we are not able to offer an exchange or return unless it was a mistake on our end. We highly suggest you have an accurate measurement of your pet before purchasing. 

According to the Danish Sales of Goods Act, all customers have a 2-year warranty. After 2 years, you may no longer make a complaint. If the product is defective, we will try to repair or replace it to make it right. A repair or a replacement inquiry must be started within 14 days of the delivery date. 

You must mail the defective item to us before the repair or replacement. The item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You also need to include a printed order confirmation or proof of purchasing. All repair or replacement shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer and the original shipping charge will not be refunded.
